How to set login failure allowance and login inactivity days
To set login failure allowance and login inactivity days, navigate to:
Menu Bar >> Settings >> School
Click on Preference.
In Preference, you need to set your login preference (sample data given). Once complete, click Update to save the data.
- The number of login failures allowed before the account is disabled. This means that a user can try to log in with incorrect credentials before the account is deactivated. We recommend setting it to 5.
- Maximum inactive days are allowed before the account is disabled. This means that if a user has not logged in to the system for 90 days or more, the account will be disabled automatically for security reasons.
