openSIS allows schools to define a default language for system notifications.
This setting controls the language used in system-generated notifications such as alerts, messages, and automated communications sent from the platform.
By configuring this setting, schools can ensure that notifications are delivered in a language that best suits their users.

For multilingual institutions, ensure user-level language preferences are also configured where applicable.
